The origin story of Predator within the realm that was the Comanche Nation 300 years ago. Naru is an experienced warrior fighting to defend her people from one of the first evolved Predators to arrive on Earth. I believe Prey was a great job of creating a brand-new plot. We all know that Prey sequels and spin-offs were more of an attempt to make money. Here’s a true tale that seizes an array of plot lines to create this fascinating version. Amber Midthunder more than holds herself and keeps the pace going. The film greatly utilizes the historical context to get the maximum impact. You can watch Prey 2022 HULU.

When random objects that fall from the sky cause fathers’ deaths, ranchero children OJ and Emerald Haywood attempt to capture footage of the unidentified flying object, with the assistance of tech salesperson Angel Torres and documentarian Antlers Holst. The starting is incredible. I bet you will not be able to blink your eye. Except for the first part after the starting scene is a bit boring. But it’s worth watching. Watch Nope 2022 on Prime Video.

Like the movie released twenty years earlier, a beautiful teenage girl is in her own space when she gets a call. A man is looking to play an online game with her. Faced with the threat of killing her friend Tara is forced to participate. She barely makes it through the intruder’s ghost-faced masked face stabbing. Her older sister of 5 years, Samantha, quit school at age 18 because of mental health issues. Sam’s boyfriend, as well as Tara’s high school buddies, visit her in the hospital. In an establishment, a male gets angry with the group and is later attacked on the street by Ghostface. Sam receives a phone call from him in the hospital, and he unsuccessfully assaults her. Later, she divulges the family secrets in front of her mother. Sam calls one of the first victims, Dewey, for help. He warns two of the original victim, Sidney Prescott, and Gale Weathers, regarding Ghostface returning. The question is, who is Ghostface? How many more will be killed? I just attended an advanced screening, and I’m not going into details, but if you a fan of the originals, you should take a look! The writing, story, and acting, as well as the quality of the film, were top-quality! The death scenes are stunning! Go and see this immediately. A hard-working, blue-collar-doting dad is just trying to provide a comfortable life for his sharp 10-year-old daughter. The routine San Fernando Valley pool cleaning job is just a cover for his trustworthy source of income: hunting and eliminating vampires. Day Shift proved to be an enjoyable action film with some horror flicks. Many will find it too bloody, and that’s precisely what it is. I enjoyed it and also loved the plot. This was a very well-executed action film, full of action from the start until the end. Worth watching the mix of horror and action, and it’s fun too. Watch Day Shift movie 2022 on Netflix.
Director: J.J. Perry | Stars: Jamie Foxx, Dave Franco, Natasha Liu Bordizzo, Meagan Good
5. Fresh (2022)

FRESH tells the tale of Noa (Daisy Edgar-Jones), who runs into the charming Steve (Sebastian Stan) at a store and – despite her displeasure with dating apps, she is willing to try and gives Steve her number. After their first meeting, Noa is smitten and takes Steve’s invitation to take a romantic getaway. But she discovers that her new lover has been hiding some odd desires. Fresh (2022) is a film I watched recently on Hulu. The plot follows a single lady desperate to meet an even-quality date. She meets a lovely guy, and they have a date for a while before the guy asks her, “would you like to take a cabin trip?” She’s thrilled and changes her life for the better. Overall, it’s a great “new” addition to the horror genre at a moment when people who love horror are in search of something fresh and innovative. I’d give it an 8.5-9/10 and highly recommend it.
Director: Mimi Cave | Stars: Daisy Edgar-Jones, Sebastian Stan, Jojo T. Gibbs, Andrea Bang
6. X (II) (2022)

In 1979, adult film actors and an uninvolved film crew headed to a house owned by an old couple living in the deserted Texas countryside to shoot an adult film. As the day turned to even, the film crew gradually realized that they were not in a safe place and were under attack by an enemy in the area. Honoring the classic slashers of the past isn’t anything new; Ti West’s new film X gives it a fresh feel. Ti West does this by drawing attention to the sex elements of the genre as well as looking at what sex means. It is, after all, an ensemble of people who want to make a porno. The sex element is more than just superficial entertainment. It’s at the movie’s core, and West appears to be the more interested in what the encounter means, whether that’s to find love, a means to bring back youth or to get the most value from life when one is capable of experiencing the experience. 7. Morbius (2022)
PG-13 | 104 min | Action, Adventure, Horror

Acutely ill due to a rare blood disorder and determined to save others suffering the same fate, Dr Morbius makes a desperate gamble. The initial impression is that it will be a huge success, but it turns out to be an option that could cause more harm than illness. It was fun. However, a lot felt cut out, as if it was meant to be an R rating, but they, at the last minute, cut out the majority of the violence to achieve a PG 13. Everyone does their roles well. Jared Leto does alright has Morbius However, the film itself is quite a cliche; however, it is still enjoyable and entertaining. If that’s your goal, then Morbius will deliver.
Director: Daniel Espinosa | Stars: Jared Leto, Matt Smith, Adria Arjona, Jared Harris
8. Crimes of the Future (2022)
R | 107 min | Drama, Horror, Sci-Fi

Crimes of the Future (2022) is a movie that my wife and I watched in the theatres last night. The plot follows a time when pain and surgery are the new way to have sex. In the future, they won’t suffer from pain, so they test the limits the body can reach. They’ve gone to such a degree in their studies that the human body is beginning to change in ways that scientists have never witnessed. The government wants to keep this secret from the public. Underground observations have become the norm for whiteness surgery that examines the human body and its development. The plot, setting, cinematography and situations of this film are unique, original and beautifully executed. The effects are of the highest quality, with stunning surgical sequences and gore. The characters are enigmatic and unpredictably unpredictable, and this film has some amazing subplots and plots. My only issue is that the film overall feels as if it’s building to an exciting and thrilling finale that doesn’t reach. But conceptually, this film is fantastic.
Director: David Cronenberg | Stars: Viggo Mortensen, Léa Seydoux, Kristen Stewart, Scott Speedman
9. Orphan: First Kill (2022)

The terrifying story of Esther continues in this thrilling prequel to the first and terrifying horror movie, Orphan. After negotiating a daring escape of an Estonian mental institution, Esther travels to America in the disguise of the missing daughter of wealthy parents. But, an unexpected twist unfolds, pitting Esther against the mother of her choice who is determined to defend her family from the criminal “child” at any cost. Rarely do we see good prequels, especially when the film that it is based on is known for its thrilling twist. Esther has always given me chills and the fantastic acting by the actress adds the chills. The prequel provides a fascinating insight at the story of Esther(Leena) who ended to be in America. The film has horrific deaths, and a not too shocking twists will not be revealed until later. Overall, the film is a decent watch.
Director: William Brent Bell | Stars: Isabelle Fuhrman, Julia Stiles, Rossif Sutherland, Hiro Kanagawa

A young American woman relocates with her spouse to Bucharest and starts to think that a man observing her from the building across the street could be a local serial killer who has been killing women. Indeed, this isn’t supernatural; however, when it comes to real-life scenarios, this one is quite terrifying. I did not feel the film was sluggish in any way. It masterfully builds tension (and your fear) and effectively places you in the protagonist’s mind. She lives isolated in a new place and doesn’t speak the local language. When you watch this film, you can sense her loneliness, isolation and a downward spiral that makes us wonder about the truth and what’s not. The film is also elegant and has a traditional Hitchcock look, making it more appealing. It is accompanied by amazing performances throughout, which makes for a highly effective psychological thriller.
Director: Chloe Okuno | Stars: Maika Monroe, Karl Glusman, Burn Gorman, Tudor Petrut
There are plenty of scary screams to be heard when more films are released in theaters and on streaming platforms like Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, and more through 2022. From Jordan Peele’s newest thriller to the last chapter to the final chapter of the Halloween reboot trilogy, this year’s terrifying films will surely cause every hair to stand on end. Alongside terrifying tales including the A24’s Men and The Harry Styles and Florence, Pugh-led thriller Don’t Worry Darling, there are some not super-horrifying but captivating (pun not intended) classics to be seen this autumn, like Hocus Pocus 2. There’s no way we’re the only ones who want to discover what adversity the Sanderson Sisters have been brewing in the last 30 years.
