Hulu subscribers will have access to all six seasons
Starting October 3
2022 – Today, Hulu has announced that it will become the exclusive subscription video-on-demand destination for the critically acclaimed series “Schitt’s Creek” beginning October 3, 2022.

“Schitt’s Creek” is about Johnny Rose (Eugene Levy), a video-store magnate and his ex-soap-star wife Moira, (Catherine O’Hara), and their two adult children, Alexis (Annie Murphy) and David (Daniel Levy), who are self-described as the black sheep in the family.
The family finds themselves suddenly broke and must move to Schitt’s Creek (a small-town Johnny bought as a joke). They are forced to live in a motel with their lavish lives a distant memory. It isn’t easy to find work and make friends.
“Schitt’s Creek,” which debuted in 2010, has received numerous award nominations and been on many ‘Best Of lists. The series broke all records in 2020 by winning the Primetime Emmy(r), Awards comedy categories. This included Outstanding Lead Actress/Actor in Comedy Series for Catherine O’Hara and Eugene Levy and Outstanding Supporting Artist/Actor in Comedy Series, respectively, for Annie Murphy and Daniel Levy.
Andrew Cividino won outstanding Direction for Comedy Series. Daniel Levy won outstanding Writing for Comedy Series.
“Schitt’s Creek,” a CBC commission, is produced by Not A Real Company Productions Inc. Eugene Levy (creator) and Daniel Levy (producer). Eugene Levy and Daniel Levy are the executive producers. Fred Levy (and Andrew Barnsley), Fred Levy (and David West Read), and Ben Feigin are the other producers.
“Schitt’s Creek,” produced in association with CBC and Pop TV and distributed domestically and internationally by Lionsgate and ITV Studios Global Entertainment.
