The week of Netflix The fans of the 1960s classic horror comedy sitcom The Munsters will see an update to the tale of Rob Zombie. A self-proclaimed lover of the show himself, Zombie’s new film will serve as a prequel to loved series.
The film is set before The Munsters starts. Zombie’s film tells the story of Herman Munster as he courts his future vampire bride Lily and navigates her father, known as The Count. Zombie recruited a few of his close friends, along with frequent collaborators, to play in the film, including his spouse Sherri Moon Zombie who is Lily, the main character in the movie.
Because most of The Munster cast is dressed in costumes, makeup and prosthetics used in the film, it cannot be easy to discern which actors are performing these vibrant, fun people to life.
